The Sierra Club and Health Department ordered a drainage tile to be plugged to prevent RAIN WATER from flowing into the ditch.
This has caused flooding of yards. I want to petition the city to move forward for city sewage which is about 4 miles away.
We, the undersigned, propose to the city to expedite the installation of city sewage.
