Whittlesea Councill advises that there has to be one street Parking within 30 meters from the front door.
Pivot place has 14 residences with only 8 clear parking areas.
With 20 school aged children living in the court this has become an urgent safety issue as well as a huge inconvenience.
We the undersigned residents and regular visitors to Pivot Place Mill Park request Whittlesea Council to give written consent for us to park in the centre medium strip without being fined.
We refer Council to General Municipal Law No. 1 of 2008 section 3.2.
