We, Singaporeans call upon the Singapore Government to perform 2 recovery measures:
- To get paper general off the top and senior management role while they can be train as manager to gain the rightful experience in the respective industry for them to be gainfully employed. There are plenty of relevant experience Singaporean in all industry to be in the top and senior management role
- To force the company to be transparent in their recruitment where Singaporeans will be top priority as hiring.
