Small Businesses are being accused of violating Snap regulations without a third party review. These stores have several workers and families who use EBT throughout the day. The EBT machines alone have issues and there has been no investigation into those issues.
Many of the store owners need interpreters and do not have one. They also don't understand what they are signing.
We need help and support to petition the USDA for an extension and time for their determination of sanction for trafficking as a permanent disqualification.
This determination is unethical. The letters and the timing were not fully understood which means this matter should be reviewed and the determination should be given in a court of law.
Please call on the USDA to extend the time for a review in this matter of violating SNAP Regulations.
These allegations are the result of calls from store owners and people looking to bully and push the owners of the store to close down.
