I travel a lot for business and pleasure and it is very hard to find a hotel that has smoking rooms. Just like people have the right to not smoke, I have the right to smoke. Hotels allow pets in the same rooms people are sleeping in but you are not allowed to smoke. I do not want to stay in a room where an animal has stayed but I am not given a choice.
Each hotel should have a certain amount of rooms that are dedicated for smoking! If smoking is not allowed anywhere any more than the sale of cigarettes should be stopped. But that would cut in on the government's money.
I feel this is discrimination and should be looked into.
We, the undersigned, call on the United States Government to mandate that all hotels/motels dedicate at least 1/3 of the rooms in the hotels/motels smoking rooms.
This would accommodate the people who are smokers.
