Our rights as american citizens are being ripped away from us little by little.
Business owners will be losing money with the smoking ban, without our choice to be able to smoke where we like.
Although there is a smoking ban, American citizens can still breath smog from factories and vehicles.
We, the undersigned, call on the local government of Ohio to restrict the smoking ban. Let the establishment owners decide whether to allow smoking or not. Let smokers have their rights also.
