Sachin is one of the best batsmen in the world and has contributed a lot to the world of cricket. His life and work is a source of inspiration for everybody. His contributions to the world of cricket has made him a global icon.
People round the globe identify India through Sachin. Sachin has emerged as the face of India. This living legend has completed 20 years of his cricket journey and is still going strong. Just as one starts to wonder wheather he has reached the pinnacle of his career, he stuns us with another of his brilliant breathtaking innings, reminding us that he still has much more to deliver. Considering his enormous contributions to the world of sports, it is high time that we remind the society that the deserving must be awarded.
When Sachin bats, India unites. Caste, creed, gender, linguistic and religious barriers are broken and families, societies, cities - India, celebrates in unison.
