Walmart is constantly disrespecting truckers that deliver freight for them and constantly threatening to impound semis parked on their lots. Since we , drivers, have to spend months out here at a time, we have to be able to buy hygiene, food, and many other kinds of supplies, a lot of which can be found at Walmarts. If Walmart wants to treat the trucking industry as disrespectful as they do, we should just stop delivering their freight all together.
We as truckers would like to be respected by Walmart, the entire company, with on-site over night parking at all of the DC and on-site over night parking at no less than 20 stores across each state to allow for drivers to shop and get supplies they need and to take their mandatory 10 hour breaks. If this cannot be met, then the trucking industry should stop delivering any and all freight to Walmart completely!
