Aston Villa vs Birmingham City is known to be one of the best derbys in English football. However said, Sky Sports have announced they won't be sharing this footage due to other games being played and they feel they want to focus more on the playoffs.
This has left Birmingham City and Aston Villa's fan base a bit disappointed due to us having a worldwide fan base and supporters in countries like Australia and New Zealand. Supporters in these countries can't get a ticket because of how quick they will sell out so showing this intense Derby on Sky Sports will help Sky for revenue and will also make fans happy seeing as they can watch the game both set of supporters have been waiting for.
We, Birmingham City and Aston Villa would like Sky Sports to stream the second city Derby for the rest of the globe to witness what is know as one of the best derbys in English Football.
