Shared Data & Respecting Personal Privacy

Have you had your personal details/confidential information shared without your `Consent & Knowledge' by Government Depts/other organisatisations unlawfully?

Have you been the victim of having inaccurate information placed onto a database or joint computer system without your `Knowledge or Consent and then been refused the right to remove this from the computer system?

Have you had your medical/health information placed/ shared by NHS onto a joint computer system with Local Council?
