Target:
Indiana Attorney General
Region:
United States of America

Currently Indiana Law does not have any law prohibiting anyone charged with a crime of sexual nature from providing child care services unless it is in their terms of restrictions upon release

We the citizens of Indiana request that Indiana Law should be that NO child under 18 is left with any person convicted of a sexual crime.

If you knowingly leave the child with a person that is convicted of the crime then you will be charged with child neglect faced with the legal repercussions for leaving your child in the home where a sex offender is supervising the child/ren or if the offender resides in that home you leave your child at to be supervised.

We the people will leave it to you, the Attorney General, to submit this law and make it safe for our children.
