Serinity's Law

Oregon is one of the states that still does not recognize the life of a fetus. If a baby 9 months gestation is  murdered  because he/she hasn't taken his/her first breath the state doesn't feel they deserve justice. Serenity was my granddaughter's name she was 5 months gestation whom I will never get to meet. Her opportunity to live was taken away. Help me change Oregon sign this petition so my Granddaughter Serenity can receive the justice she deserves.

On May 16 2016 My daughter Charreen Stanford was laying down when she was attacked and later died from her stab wounds. Serenity was 5 months gestation when her mother was murdered. Which means her life supply system was sabotaged. She no longer could receive the oxygen and nutrition she needed to survive, unfortunately she also died. When her mother was at the medical examiner's office she was taken out of the womb of her mother and later buried beside her. Graves are for the dead in order to be dead you had to have lived right? Charreen’s murderer is not facing charges for Serenity's death.

Let's make this a law as humans deserve to be recognized in or out the womb. Let's make a difference so that people will have to answer for murder of a life. You will help pregnant women in Oregon feel safe. This is just the beginning. It won't be easy but I'm ready!
