With the increase in Islamaphobia and mental health issues, it is vital that we make SAFETY our number one priority!
Join UAF parents in urging the school board to increase security at our school. With the increase in gun violence and anti Muslim hate crimes and rhetoric, it is critical that UAF have a strong security presence including armed guards and a real lockdown system installed that notifies police immediately. We are a visibly large Muslim school with 3 gates on the intersection of 2 major roads and it is imperative that we have full-time officers/guards making sure our kids and staff are safe during all school hours. SAFETY COMES FIRST AND WE NEED TO BE PROACTIVE! Please show your support to keep our kids and beloved staff safe and sign this petition. Thank you!
