To Canadians:
Unbelievably, a group wants a seal hunt on the BC coast. This will ruin tourism, with our tax money supporting such an outrage.
Just like on the East Coast, sealers are blaming the seals for a man-made disaster. The West Coast fishery has been damaged by over fishing and disease contamination from farmed salmon.
The Pacific Balance Pinneped Society is just a Society that wants a reason to kill seals because they are a “pain “ B.C. needs to stand up an say NO . This is not acceptable in the twentieth century!
We, the undersigned, call on Fisheries and Oceans Canada to shut down polluting salmon farms and better control excessive fishing, and refuse any seal hunt on the BC Coast.
