St. Louis Park Middle School students are forced to wake up at times as early as 5 in the morning to get ready for school, affecting their performance in school. I have been in a 1st period classroom, and no work can be done because everyone is so tired! The rest of the schools have a start time of 8:25 or later. This petition will move the start time of school from 7:15 to 8:30 to ensure all students are well rested for the day.
We the people, call on the St. Louis Park School Board to change the start time of classes to 8:15 at the St. Louis Park Middle School.
