Sanders Jewelers (Larry Sanders) has submitted an application (2015-0066-V) to build a retail center on the corner of Mountain Road and Temple Drive.
This retail space/ business complex is allowed to have more than 50% retail space in addition to office suites.
Entry and exit to the business center will be via a the Sharonville/ Blossom Hills neighborhood; impacting and increasing traffic to a residential area.
Storm water management, including a sediment pond will be located in the wooded area behind 4 homes, increasing mosquito infestation.
Adding yet one more retail space takes us further away from the small town feeling Lake Shore has always enjoyed.
We, the undersigned, call on Anne Arundel county to deny the application of building a retail/ business center at the location: 4314 Mountain Road, Pasadena (AA Co.) MD, 21122.
