Save Tmn Segar RT & PlayGround

Taman Segar RT and PlayGround has been in existence for the last 35 years. The Facilities was set up by former developer for the usage of local resident, the surrounding landed properties, low cost Apartment dwellers which consist of various races. This land with approximate size of 4 acres are sided by Block A, B,C Segar Apartment. With walking distance to Leisure Mall, Eco Cheras Mall and MRT station, one developer have incited the Apartment dwellers to re develop their habitable unit for 1 for 1 for free using Taman Segar RT and Children Playground. In total they will built 1200 units of apartment highrise. Why they not built itnon their own land, why need to do this land grab, in the name of rebuilt, helping the poor ? The whole area is not condusive to built highrise, the jalan Persiaran Lemak is narrow, on a gradual Slope Road, with tight adjacent landed property and also many Low Cost Apartment. It is a time bomb in creation, the local dweller will live in congested housing, insufficient car park, Water Supply Issue as it is every week water pipe burst not solve for last 10 years Kids will have no more Green Lung PlayGround. It is very sad that the Federal Minister and local Politician who has been voted in under PH Banner have decided to cite the developer. Please help us to maintain our only RT and Playground for our Kids.
