Proposed Php 255 million loan to Land Bank, Pangasinan Lending Center to finance the said project payable in 12 years.
We, the undersigned, call on the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Umingan, Pangasinan to stop the proposed demolition and transfer of the existing Umingan Public Market which is still in very good condition.
