Lucifer is an American fantasy police procedural drama television series developed by Tom Kapinos that premiered on Fox on January 25, 2016.
It features a character created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth, and Mike Dringenberg taken from the comic book series The Sandman, who later became the protagonist of the spin-off comic book series Lucifer written by Mike Carey, both published by DC Comics' Vertigo imprint.
The series focuses on Lucifer Morningstar, the Devil, who is bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell. He resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for Los Angeles, where he ends up running his nightclub "Lux". He becomes entangled in a case and is subsequently invited to be a consultant to the LAPD.
On May 11, 2018, Fox canceled the series after three seasons. This petition is for all the fans to rally together in hopes that the show may find a new home on another network or a streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Red, etc.). We need to show the executives at FOX why they all make dumb decisions in canceling shows like Lucifer and we all must fight to bring the series back by using the #SaveLucifer throughout social media.
