This petition is to support someone who tried to help an American Couple when they needed the most. However, he is in trouble now due to exceeding the NZTA's work guidelines. The man is Harpal Kang.

Most of the people are praising him for doing the right or the KIWI thing of helping others, however, some people are criticising him for going over his work time. For me its like asking Superman for a flying license after he saved someone in trouble.
So lets sign a petition together to speak this guy of any charges as a one-time exception.
We, the undersigned, call on NZTA to not charge/penalise Harpal Kang for going over his worktime hours to help the people in need as a one-time exception.
