Dont let Essex Uni mess up "THE END" more than it already has!

We the undersigned, past and present Essex students and friends of Essex students demand that the Students Union eliminates all these excessive security measures and want the "End" event to remain the legendary tradition that we have been blessed with at Essex Uni.

*We demand that our SU treat us like students and not suspects by bringing unnecessary external police presence to campus
*We demand that our SU should not be discriminatory towards the non-student sections of society by banning them off the squares
*We demand that our SU bring back music to the End.
*We demand, above all. that our SU keep the End a free event.

Essex University has a history of radical student activism as we are passionate about people's rights.

In this case, we shall fight incessantly for our right to get completely hammered and celebrate the end of our exams with who we want, on our campus, without intimidating checkpoints or police presence, as has always been done at Essex University for the last couple of decades.
