Para reducir la densidad de zonificación y cumplir con las leyes ambientales y de
infraestructura. Hemos preparado un documento de 31 páginas que desafía la
propuesta presentada por el Municipio de Bahía de Banderas. Solicitamos al Municipio
que trabaje de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes dentro de la Ley de Asentamientos Humanos y Desarrollo Urbano (LADHU) para el estado de Nayarit.
Cualquier habitante, vacacionista anual, inquilino de invierno o residente es elegible
para firmar esta petición. Las firmas recolectadas aquí darán peso a nuestros esfuerzos para reducir la densidad y cumplir con las leyes ambientales y de infraestructura.

To reduce zoning density and conform to environmental and infrastructure laws. We have prepared a 31 page document that challenges the proposal put forward by the Municipality of Bahia de Banderas. We are asking the Municipality to work in accordance with the legal provisions in force within the Law of Human Settlements and Urban Development (LADHU) for the state of Nayarit.

Any inhabitant or land owner, annual vacationer, winter renter or resident is eligible to sign this petition. The signatures collected here will add weight in our efforts to reduce density and conform with environmental and infrastructure laws.
