The playground on Lumsden Cresent was recently dismantled and may be going up for sale as a residential lot. This area was designated and is still designated as a playground.
It was donated to the village in the 1950's by the land owners and designated by village counsel in the 1960's.
We the undersigned call on the Village of Cowley to halt the sale of the playground space on Lumsden Cresent as a residential lot and to maintain it as a greenspace for all to enjoy.
