HOPE Humane Society will go into foreclosure in mid-July. HOPE has done an admirable job rehoming all their animals. Sadly, the affiliated Moran Memorial Pet Cemetery, with 1000+ graves from the 1940s onwards, is under threat of demolition.
We are all friends of HOPE Humane Society, and many of us have animals buried in the Moran Memorial Pet Cemetery. We launched this page to raise public awareness to help save the cemetery from closure.

We demand that the buyer of the HOPE Humane Society property, which includes the Moran Memorial Pet Cemetery, whether by private acquisition, business, or by the City of Fort Smith, provide a legally binding document stating that this cemetery will remain where it is, as it is, maintained and open to the public.
