Resident, Myrna Byrd, has been ordered to get rid of her therapy dog, Lolita, by Jan.4th, 2010 or she must move.
PHA stated in their letter to Myrna that her dog, Lolita, is aggressive to other animals and was seen tring to bite another dog in the building. Lolita, like every dog... doesn't like every animal that she crosses but she did not try to bite any other animal. She has a mean bark but no bite. PHA also stated that the dog owner, Myrna cannot controll her dog.
Myrna has been living at Montreal Highrise for 10 years almost and Lolita has been here for two years and whenever Lolita had issues with others Myrna has always been able to control Lolita without insident. Please sign this Petition telling PHA that you are against the removal of Lolita from our building!
