In northeast Phoenix, budget cuts and reductions could mean reducing maintenance and programming at Arizona Horse Lovers Park, 19224 N. Tatum Blvd.
The park would close Monday through Thursday, limiting the number of horse shows and activities.
We, the undersigned, call on Phoenix Parks and Recreational Board to keep Horse Lovers Park open 7 days a week and not allow it to be closed Mondays through Thursdays or limit horse shows and activities.
