We live on a street that has a dead end and there is nothing governing parking so people bring their RV's and sell drugs and prostitution out of them right outside my house. I have 3 young children and there are many kids in this neighborhood and we need to make this a permit parking only area for the residents safety. I have witnessed people sticking needles in their arms, drugs being sold, found used condoms and one time my 2 year old picked up a dirty needle right outside our home. This is not a trashy area and yet trashy things are happening every day. It's time to put a stop to it.
We, the undersigned, are requesting the city to make Sarah St in Valley Village (91607) permit parking only for the safety of the neighborhood.
