Sanctuary Cove is the only subdivision within the Cane Bay Plantation that does not have a completed Amenity Center, despite being established for several years. Many homeowners were told, upon purchasing their homes, that the Amenity Center with Pool and Playground would be completed months and even years ago. So far construction on the Amenity Center and Pool have been started (taking over a year...) but nothing on the Playground. The HOA has a surplus of $15,000 for 2016 but no plans on the playground.
We, the undersigned homeowners, call on the Sanctuary Cove, of Cane Bay Plantation, Home Owners Association (HOA) to build a Playground at the Amenity Center and to speed up the completion of the Amenity Center and Pool.
