An application has been admitted to the council to convert 30 Cambridge Road into a care home for children from 7 - 17 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, Autism and Learning difficulties. Children with EBD often have poor relations, poor family backgrounds and are associated with anger management and anti socialable behaviour.
