Anaesthesia Technicians work alongside anaesthetists , assisting with patient safety. They are well versed in their training to cover most medications used in their field.
Anaesthesia Technicians in NSW were removed from being mentioned in the current NSW medication and administration guidelines. NSW is the only state where Anaesthesia Technicians are not specifically noted in the States medication guidelines. Help Anaesthesia Technicians get back the RIGHT TO PERFORM THE ROLE THEY WERE TRAINED TO DO.
