Many members of Bet Shemesh (Adults and teens) travel every week to Jerusalem to play pickup hockey on Tuesday nights.
It is very inconvenient to spend over an hour getting there and back to play. And with all the equipment they bring makes it even more difficult.
If there was a rink more local, people wouldn't have to travel and it would be easier to play. Also, having a roller rink would help the population of Bet Shemesh by attracting more Anglo families ( Americans, Canadians...) who are interested in making Aliyah but want to continue playing the great sport of hockey.
We. the undersigned, ask from the city of Bet Shemesh to build a roller hockey rink in Bet Shemesh.
