Digicel needs to give way better service for a company that has had customers with them for as much as 16 years.
We, the undersigned, call on Digicel to Roll back their rates to their previous offering until they have a much better solution that covers the scope of their customers. In addition, we request that customer service options not be limited to the means of chatting and the hours should not be limited to between 8am and 8pm.
