For the last 10 years our office has been at 1428 Zerega Avenue, Bronx, New York 10462, renting apartments to clients with special needs, and selling real estate.
We need to park the vehicle used to drive our clients to see apartments and real estate for rent or sale, all day long, seven days a week.
The City of New York posted signs that prevent us from parking our vehicle and that of businesses in the block. Making us park blocks away from our office breeds crime. Our vehicles are full of business material and equipment and inviting to criminals to break into the vehicles.
We respectfully ask Community Board #10, BRONX, to help us with this problem by asking The City of New York, Parking Violation, to continue the tradition of allowing us park on Zerega Avenue, between Tratman and Westchester Avenue, Bronx.
Alternate Parking will work for us. No Parking from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, works fine for our clients and business owners. This is not asking too much since that is the rule in the rest of blocks around us.
