I was pulled over by a Police Officer and arrested for a DUI. The officer wrote a misleading police report the night of the arrest. The officer gave inconsistent testimony that conflicted with his police report that ultimately reflected the credibility of his accusations.
However, the judge still ruled in the favor of the officer as having probable cause to issue the traffic stop. I feel as though the officer violated my Constitutional Rights under the 4th Amendment and I also feel I have been discriminated against. The officer made an illegal traffic stop and I'm being prosecuted for a DUI.
By signing this petition you are in support that the officer has violated my Constitutional Rights under the 4th Amendment and I may have been discriminated against.
Legally, the officer needs probable cause to issue a lawful traffic stop here in the state of California.
