We, the homeowners of the Paladin Club Condominiums are seeking fairness and equity for all property owners having a vested interest in the overall economic development and growth of the community.
Under the existing PCMA Board of Directors and Mastriana Property Mangement, we believe that fair and equitable practices designed to serve the needs and protect the interest of all invested in the Community is not possible.
Therefore, we are seeking your support through you signature as a petitioner on this complaint for the following reasons:
1. Current PCMA Board members have served excessive number of years on the Board due to unspecified term limits;
2. There is little to no transparency with regard to expenditure of community funds;
3. Current expenditures are costly and above market value for the jobs that are contracted;
4. Inadequate and/or unacceptable property maintenance leading to deteriorating external property conditions and degrading and deteriorating road conditions on the property
We, the undersigned, call on those members of the PCMA Board who have accumulated more than four (4) years of service as a Board member to step down freely, providing an opportunity for the election of new members to the Board; and, we also seek to terminate the existing contract between Mastriana Property Management and PCMA and the end of its current termination date.
