July 17th 2006 The 5th Judical Federal Court of Florida under Judge Hodges, removed a US Citizen Child Adamas J. Clark from his US Citizen father, Jeffery Lynn Clark, and returned the child to Belize, Central America.
The mother lied while using The Hague Convention and a well known Pro-Bono Attorney. The decision was based on a false pretence by the mother that the place of residence was Belize Central America.
The Country of Belize simply ignors a request for access of the child. The child has not been heard from or seen by the father in 2 years.
This petition is for persons denied any RIGHTS to their child or children based on a decision made by a USA Federal Court Judge (with no jury).
As of this date it is not known by the father how he can possibly have this decision reversed and his child returned to the USA.
AN APPEAL IS BEING MADE TO THE UN TO INVESTIGATE AND OVERIDE DECISONS MADE UNDER THE USE OF THE HAGUE CONVENTION.
