Review Facebook policies and their unfair practices re picture removals

Facebook on a daily basis has several pictures that are shocking, inappropriate or distasteful, however the pictures that they removed on my account were not, and because of one immature individual my pictures were removed and I was placed on temporary ban.
Facebook review board and community guidelines are so hypocritical to allow, some awful pictures displaying violence, abuse and other horrid things and then remove a simple picture of me sharing my experience because someone else said so, and in most cases there is a motive for said acts such a anger, jealously and envy.
So I am starting this petition to show Facebook that we are sick of the bans, that some people are miserable and will report a picture even if it is not offensive just because it is you, and that it is unfair to punish a person for what they post on their page.
Facebook has features that can block users and or pictures. So to report a picture that is not criminal in itself is just down right petty.
The time it takes to report a person when you can just unfollow them or just hide the picture from your timeline is onerous, and such excessive reporting should be considered abuse in itself.
