BIR please review Bishop Oriel Ballano's assets and the fund of church building pledges in Doulos for Christ World Harvest Ministry church

Doulos for Christ had started asking for building pledges from its members since around year 2005. Yearly members give generously to fund the plan to build the church building. Years have passed until today not even a single lot in Manila nor any infrastructure had been bought or started to build. On the other hand, Bishop Oriel Ballano had allegedly amassed several cars, a big house, condominium in pico de loro, businesses, and other properties. The questionable wealth of Bishop Oriel gives a lot of doubt to their members to lead them believe that the church building pledges were used personally by him rather than use it to what it is intended for. Therefore, I petition the BIR to review all assest, businesses, permits, bank accounts of Bishop Oriel Ballano and Doulos for Christ World Harvest Ministry church in order to locate the fund allocated for the church building. If Bishop Oriel Ballano is found guilty of fraud and estaffa on his members, he should be punished according to the rule of law and prevent him from repeating his wrongdoings to the people.
