The current design of the new courthouse (Justice Center) is being built contrary to what was voted on by the public. The building doesn't have the ability to expand with future growth of the County and is being built to barely meet our current County's needs.
If we are going to do this, LET"S DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!
Let's get the Board to re-evaluate before construction begins and it is too late. A building that is only going to meet our needs for the short term is a waste of our money, time and resources. Do you really want to go through this again in 30 years or have your kids and grandkids taxes going higher to build another building when we can build it now for less. August 20th we get a chance to be heard.

We the people of Warren County, Iowa call on the Board of Supervisors to re-valuate and to bring to the people the options to build the Justice Center as it was presented on the currently approved Bond Referendum or to do away with the current plan and provide an alternate plan/design.
