The decision to close the road and pedestrian access to Llay Health Centre from the southern side of the village was taken without full community consultation.
Concerns raised by the community council about access to the health centre were not passed on to the planning authority and therefore the decision was passed without a full understanding of the facts.
We, the undersigned, call on Wrexham Council to restore pedestrian access to Llay Health Centre from the southern side of the village.
