In June 2017 Google removed the 'Classic View' in Google News, creating a new format reading more like a social media stream than a newspaper with no option to restore the classic view.
Google host their own user forums where you can 'ask an expert' despite the fact thousands are complaining the only expert answer they can provide is 'it is gone forever and we are aware that people are unhappy about the changes'.
Changes also intoduced many bugs such as imprecise location results, news over a month old, unable to create custom sections or hide boring ones (feature is there but broken for 3 weeks), old settings wiped out, many news providers delisted and unable to relist.
Core aims of this human statement, restoration of classic view and swift resolution of all bugs or a roll back until development is complete and tested as robust for release.
Refrain from using Google services, i.e. switch to dailymotion instead of youtube.
Block Google Ad's to hit their revenue.
