We the undersigned request to have the road known as Mount Carmel Ridge in Plesants County WV, repaired.
It is a shame that we have to pay taxes and have to drive on these kind of roads?
There are lots of people that have to haul water to there homes on this ridge - now we have to run our trucks in 4 wheel drive just to get to our homes, because of the condition of our roads.
We, the undersigned, request to have the road known as Mount Carmel Ridge in Plesants County WV, repaired.
