Effective May 1st 2010 the Village Board of Manhattan consisting of the following members, Mike Naughton, Dave Beemsterboer, James Doyle, Ryan Adkins, Tom Biscan, Patricia Lucas and Mayor William Borgo have enacted a tax on all gasoline sales.
We the under signed believe this tax should be repealed.
