The intention of this petition is to fix the footpath and garden adjacent to the Chemist, Cnr Memorial Ave and Ocean Beach Road, Ettalong Beach. It currently has concrete planter boxes full of dead plants and the existing paving is in a dangerous condition, particularly for the mobility impaired residents and visitors.

To the Mayor and Councillors of the Central Coast Council:
This petition seeks your support in relation to the repair of Public Domain and the Installation of an appropriate streetscape garden at the corner of Ocean Beach Road and Memorial Avenue, Ettalong Beach. NSW 2257.
The existing footpath is dangerous. The brick surface is uneven and unsafe. The planter pots are broken and the entire area is most unattractive.
We, the undersigned petitioners, respectfully request the Mayor and Councillors to facilitate this action.
