Reopen Lucky 7 Arcade

Gloucester Mass.

For seven years Sam and Rosalie Parisi of Gloucester operated an arcade for older citizens who could win a prizes and socialize with other patrons. Then in 2011 our law makers adopted a new law to shut down internet cafes.

For some reason than AG Martha Cokeley raided us took all our assets and shut us down, however did nothing to other arcades like Dave and Busters, Chucky Chesse etc.

We believe this is Selective prosecution and would go to court except for the time and cost.

Knowing that our current AG Maura Healey will run again in the year 2018 we think that if we had a petition with voters of Mass she might be persuaded to let us open.
