The tree in my back yard is very old and unstable. In thunderstorms and very high winds this tree squeaks and is very unstable. If this tree happens to fall it will destroy several house in any direction it tumbles and may even kill potential residents and their visitors.
We have contacted this park several times and was told we are responsible to remove the tree; in re-guards are we responsible if people die too?
We want this tree removed at the parks expense.
We, the community of Heritage Estate, want Heritage Estate to pay for the removal of this dangerous tree located at 70 Ridgedale Ave, New Providence Pa.
