Those of us that live in West by the River district have had enough with the restrictions placed on home owners who live in the Historical district.
It is unconstitutional what this group is doing to those of us who own homes in the district. They feel they have the right to dictate how we fix our homes.
There is no legal right to be dictating such demands!
Remove restrictions on home owners in West By the River.
