The removal and apology to Africans and African descendants around the world by the Mexican government for printing an offensive black carton character (Memin Pinguin) stamp.
The stamp is offensive in the sense that for many years Africans and their descendants have been negatively portrayed because of their non-european features.
Mexican and Africans should remain united versus divided. This comes as a surprise to many people around the world.
