In Friend's series on Netflix, season 8, episode 8. at 10.37 to 10.56 actress Bonnie Somerville (Mona) kicks (accidently) an idol of Hindu Deity Ganesh & breaks it.
The scene is certainly uncalled for & very much disturbing for people following Hinduism in which kicking is a sign of disrespect.
The writer/director could have used any other neutral figure.
Though it was released in 1994 on TV & in 2003 on Netflix. I have strong objection to this scene & demand immediate removal with an official apology.
We the undersigned, call on Netflix to remove scene in season 8, episode 8 of Friend's series from 10.37 to 10.56 immediately & issue an official public apology for hurting sentiments of practicing Hindus across the globe.
