It has been reported that the pilot for "The Wonderful Maladys" has not been picked up for series. This despite E! Online saying that "Maladys is one of those rare pilots with ultragood buzz that everyone believes is destined for public acclaim and big ratings."
Maladys, written by Charles Randolph (The Interpreter ), boasts a wonderful cast led by Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) in her return to television.
We, the undersigned, call on HBO and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to release the pilot so that the work and effort of everyone involved with this production will see the light of day.
